Who are the trainers? 

Todd Dawalt and Spencer Padgett.  

Todd coaches construction business owners on how to systematize their business, and runs The Construction Leading Edge Podcast.  He has been leading construction businesses and projects for over 20 years, during which he's been involved with over $300 million of construction projects.  

Spencer is the Builder-in-Residence at CoConstruct.  He's owned a development and contracting business, been the COO for a large design-build firm out of Chicago, entitled and developed over 2,200 acres of residential land and built over 80 custom homes.

We've seen some stuff, made more than our share of mistakes and learned a few things along the way.

How much time will this take each week? 

The goal is for you to spend about two hours per week over the six week course.  

Will there be tests or assignments I have to do?

There will be plenty of execution plans, action items and a few challenges presented to you, all designed to help you implement the strategies you're learning.  That being said, nobody's going to be checking your homework or grading quizzes.

I just signed up for CoConstruct.  Is this training right for me?

Maybe. This Masterclass will be going through advanced strategies and will assume that you understand the basics of using CoConstruct.  If you want to jump up the learning curve to learn the high level strategies then figure out the basics of CoConstruct, then this would be good for you.  If you want to learn how to get started with CoConstruct, this is probably not the right thing for you.
